Biography
Max Cabida became the Scarlet Raptors’ top singles player during his first semester with the men’s tennis program, while also adding numerous academic honors.
Academics: Dean’s List student and member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2025 Fall semester…One of only 37 athletes on the 188-member 2025 Fall AD Honor Roll to compile a 4.0 GPA.
Tennis Fall 2025: Compiled an overall record of 5-3 at the top singles spot, including a 1-1 mark at the King’s College Invitational (Sept. 14) and a 4-2 record in dual play…Went 4-4 at the top doubles spot with teammate Julian Pinder, including 1-1 at the King’s College Invitational and 3-3 in dual play…In dual singles play, posted 6-0, 6-0 wins over Penn State-Brandywine (Sept. 12) and Cairn (Sept. 19) in his first two matches…Beat Eastern (Sept. 26), 6-3, 4-6, 6-1, and posted a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Penn State-Abington (Sept. 27)…Lost against DeSales (Oct. 4), 1-6, 3-6, and against Pratt Institute (Oct. 5), 6-7 (6-8), 2-6…In doubles play, posted wins over Penn State-Brandywine (6-2), Cairn (6-0) and Eastern (6-4)…Lost against Penn State-Abington (4-6), DeSales (0-6) and Pratt Institute (3-6).
